About me
Kiki Lei, a vibrant and dynamic contemporary artist, graduated from the high school affiliated with the Central Academy of Fine Arts in China and pursued her undergraduate studies at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. She previously worked at ByteDance and currently serves as a teacher at the high school affiliated with the Central Academy of Fine Arts while actively engaging in the art world as a contemporary artist. Kiki's creative work spans various domains, including illustration, animation, fine art, and digital collections, and she is also a new member of the Bad Monkey Star collective.
Kiki excels at employing delicate, harmonious lines and vibrant colors to construct her compositions, dedicating herself to integrating professional techniques and boundless energy into her art and achieving a perfect fusion of Eastern and Western styles.
Kiki's vision is to inspire and engage more people through the combination of art and events, guiding them to discover their own world and colors.

Supervised 10+ storyboard artists by establishing workflows and providing ongoing guidance, ensuring the production and quality of storyboard animatics.
Drew and created high-quality 50+ storyboard animatics for 2 products. 10+ videos’ view counts on Douyin (Chinese Tiktok) are 50k+.
Proactively and effectively partnered with operation teams, director teams, illustration teams, and animation teams across company departments to continually improve the quality of animations.

Invited volunteers from other departments in the company or outside of the company from different areas to hold speeches for teammates to gain knowledge. Successfully held a speech by Xingyouye, a famous Chinese animation content creator with 10M+ followers, with 300+ people attending the company.
